The design hypothesis aims to completely revitalize the existing rural housing complex, typical of the lombard landscape and heading towards the respect for man and environment.

The project includes three areas with different destinations: reception area (includes hotel, restaurant, spa, conference room); therapeutic area (manor for hippotherapy, gym for practicing martial arts, area for courses dedicated to beekeeping and fruit growing) and fruit tree cultivation, beekeeping and jam preparation.

A wide-ranging project which making use of ancient techniques such as Feng Shui and geomancy, places man at the center of attention in constant relationship with the environment.

Bio-architecture guides constructive design choices ranging from energy saving to eco-sustainability.
